Return & Refund Policy

At Covenant Businessmen Services, Ras Al Khaimah, we are committed to providing reliable business support, document clearing, typing, PRO, visa, and government-related services. Since our business primarily provides professional services rather than physical products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. No Returns or Exchanges

As our services involve document processing, government submissions, professional consultation, and administrative work, all completed services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Once a service has been started or completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Payments Made to Government Authorities and Third Parties

Many of our services require payments to government departments, ministries, embassies, service centers, banks, courier companies, medical centers, or other third-party institutions on behalf of our customers.

Please note:

• Fees paid to government authorities or third-party organizations are non-refundable unless the respective authority approves a refund.

• Covenant Businessmen Services has no control over the refund policies of government departments or third-party institutions.

• We cannot refund amounts that have already been paid to these organizations if they do not issue a refund.

3. Service Fees

Our professional service charges, typing charges, consultancy fees, and processing fees cover the work performed by our staff and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Approved Refunds

If a government department, authority, or any third-party institution refunds an amount that was originally paid through Covenant Businessmen Services on behalf of the customer, we will return 100% of the refunded amount received from that authority to the customer.

The refund will only be made after:

• The refunded amount has been received by Covenant Businessmen Services.

• The customer provides the necessary payment details and proof of identity, if required.

• Any applicable bank transfer charges imposed by financial institutions have been deducted (where applicable).

5. Cancellation Before Processing

If a customer requests cancellation before any work has started and before any payment has been made to a government authority or third party, the request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any eligible refund may be subject to deductions for administrative work already completed.

6. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate documents and information. Covenant Businessmen Services is not responsible for losses, delays, or rejected applications resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.
